Sorry for the awful title. According to Kotaku.com, a a Sony Computer Entertainment employee just confirmed the creation of a new rumble controller. After being sued for patent infringement over the vibration device from the early DualShock controller, Sony opted to go without vibration for the Sixaxis (purportedly to prevent interference with the new motion sensor). But they’re putting it back in. No details yet, but we’ll keep you informed.

Hmm… Strangely, having rumble never affected the Wii Remote!
That is great news for PS3. I had a feeling they were able to have rumble all along with the Sixaxis. How Sony lies! like Andrew said, if the Wii had it why not PS3? This no rumble turned off a few gamers. I know the rumble does make a little difference. you feel the game and effets. ex: Racing games when ya hit the curb. Many Many reasons why Rumble is good. I wonder will they have the support for the PS2 game ReZ with the Trance vibrator for the ladies.
