HMV Offering 1000 MS Point Incentive for GTA IV Pre-Order

HMV is offering online customers 1000 free Xbox Live Points and handing out vouchers worth over GBP 130 for pre-ordering Grand Theft Auto IV .
The offer is double that of rival business GAME, it’s High Street competitor.
“We’ve come up with what we believe to be a market-leading offer for Grand Theft Auto IV,” commented Duncan La Barre, online games specialist at hmv.com.
“Grand Theft Auto IV is the biggest game release of 2008, and we’re pleased to offer our online customers a great deal. If there’s a better deal out there, we haven’t seen it,” he added.
The HMV offer is only good on pre-orders and not available on the Grand Theft Auto IV: Special Edition SKU unlike GAME’s promotion.
This sounds like a great offer to get in on if you miss the chance to grab that GTA IV: Special Edition when it sells out.
Not sure if it was intended or not, but all those pictures in the background of that fake GTA 4 advert there are from Saint’s Row.
