“Hexic 2′ and “Ecco the Dolphin” Hitting XBLA on Wednesday

Get ready for your simultaneous puzzle and dolphin fix (you know who you are). This week’s new games coming to Xbox LIVE Arcade are the “Hexic 2″ and “Ecco the Dolphin.” The first, from Carbonated Games, is a sequel to the addictive puzzler, “Hexic HD,” and will feature new special pieces, challenges, and a multiplayer mode. The second is of course the classic Sega Genesis side-scroller that put players in the fins of a young dolphin trying to save his undersea home. The two games should be available for download this Wednesday.
