My XP is dead right now. I’m thinking about just upgrading to vista, I have been thinking about it for awhile now and now this gives me a reason to. (I’m running off slacks right now). And like the post said I’m running an AMD CPU.

I also have SP3 installed with no problems. I even took the risk of not backing up my system like I usually do, because I am so behind in organizing all my data before a backup. I had the SP3 setup hang at the “Creating restore point” step. I even had to force a reboot of the computer after forcing a kill for the setup process. I thought I had ruined my computer, but the installation never started so I just tried again and it ran with no problems.

Man I’m glad my dad and little bros xp systems are working fine after installing sp3 I have Vista sp1 and it works fine just that i cant run Gears of war 1 which is wierd I mean I patched it all up etc
