haze1 Haze Gets Delayed Yet AgainThese past few months have been ripe with games being delayed over and over again, and it looks like Haze is being pushed back once more. Ubisoft has now posted that Free Radical’s FPS will be showing up sometime between April 1, 2008 and March 31, 2009, their 2008 fiscal year. The game will be released only on the PS3 (though whether it will remain exclusive has not been confirmed) and will have gamers using an in-game drug called “Nectar” to heighten their abilities. Hopefully we get a more concrete date soon, as the hands on time I got with the game at PAX has already convinced me that this is going to be one seriously fun game.

I’m a software developer. I get that scheduling a deliverable isn’t an exact science. But c’mon, this is just getting stupid. This far into the development and they can’t provide any more of a date than a 12-month range?
