Halo 3: New Map Fly-throughs

News is a little sparse this morning, so I’ll hit you guys up with some more Halo 3 excitement. This video includes a fly-through for the Epitaph and Last Resort maps. Halo 3 will probably be the biggest thing since sliced bread. I don’t know about you guys, but I simply cannot wait. If the beta is a taste of things to come, then it will definitely taste sweet. I apologize about the cliche bread statement above but it is 3:30 in the morning. Enjoy the video.

Wow. Not at the gameplay, but the music. Halo has some of the best, if not the best, game music. There’s nothing like an orchestra to go, “Yeah, we rock. We know it too” but that re-done original theme was absolutely amazing. I’m riled up about the game and I don’t even have a damn 360! It’s times like this when I second-doubt getting a Wii, but hell man, I’ll get a 360 soon-enough. This is selling power when you wouldn’t even need footage or cinematics to sell a game. I’m telling you, the adverts could just be a big 3 on the screen with the di-gi-di-durr running away in the background and everybody in the gaming world would know exactly what it is.
Just for note, it kept saying on the video it was available for PC. Now I’m not saying that won’t be the case, as unless they buck a trend, they will do, but that isn’t going to be happening for a few years at the least. Oh and I’ll forgive you about the cliché
I must admit that I am a little disappointed with the map choices. It’s neat to get newer versions of a map and all, but I hope that there will be a ton of NEW maps. I don’t understand why they insist on re-making the older ones.

Halo-3 WILL be released on the PC, and you should be able to play cross-platform with the 360 people. Rumour has it that it will be released at the same time as the 360 version. Should be interesting.
What would be the point of releasing H3 so short a time after H2 on PC?? DOesn’t make any sense, I think.
Actually, Halo3 coming out on PC right after Halo2 makes a ton of sense. It’s all about money. And they’re obviously not making a big deal about Halo3 on PC so everyone is going to go out and buy Halo2 which is still pretty awesome. Then when Halo3 comes out for PC, most people will fork out the money for Halo3.
RANDOM!!!
