The Halo 3 Beta is being picked apart again, just like what your mother-in-law does when she discusses you to her knitting cronies. This time, some achievements have been discovered.

The single player stages, which seem obvious from this list will include the following, and you get the achievement from completing each stage. Most likely the achievement names will change along with the stages, and the skulls from Halo 2 are back, and you get an achievement from discovering each one.

The trilogy starts on a Halo (okay, so it starts on the Pillar of Autumn, but let’s be fair…it starts happening on Halo) and finishes on one? Definitely interesting as to what Earth plays in this opera…hmmm. Also, if it’s on Earth and there’s a section about the Flood? That could turn nasty.
I hope the campaign is actually longer than 9 levels
In response to joelteon7: at the end of halo 2 master chief hitched a ride on a forerunner ship to earth, at that point in time, the covenant command station, high charity was being overun by the flood, it is possible that a bunch of flood entered the forerunner ship, which in turn landed on earth at voi which is a city near new mombasa a few kilometers south of Mt.Kilamanjaro. The mission entitled high charity could be a rescue attempt to get cortana back from gravemind who resides in high charity or whatevers left of it.
In response to mikehill2: I too agree that Halo 3 should have much more missions for singleplayer. If it were up to me I would put in about 25 missions because I love singleplayer so much but a more realistic number would put the mission count at around 15-17.
I for one want much more achievements for Halo 3.
