Halo 2 for Vista Delayed Yet Again

The release of Halo 2 for Vista was slated to be yesterday. But, Tuesday came and went without any sign of the title anywhere. What happened?
Well, at first, things were a little confused. A check of Microsoft’s Support Lifecycle page shows the release date as July 4, 2007. Luckily, this is NOT the case.
The crew at Bungie.org has spoken to a MS representative, who had the following to say:
“Halo 2″ for Windows Vista did not release to retailers on May 22, as previously announced and will now ship from manufacturers on May 31. “Shadowrun” will be the first game to debut the highly anticipated Games for Windows – LIVE system on May 29. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused our customers.
So, it’s a month better than we thought. You can almost feel the planet shift from the collective sigh of relief from Vista owners.
Thats funny.. I have my copy sitting right here.. I got it on tuesday from circuit city.
