It’s still at least $10 more than the Black Box was supposed to be.

Only because Valve grossly inflated the price of each of those gamettes when purchased separately on Steam to make the Orange Box appear less expensive.

We’ll, i changed my mind. I got the Orange Box. Basically Half Life 2 and Episode one are free with it (and I can give them away), and its STILL CHEAPER than buying them separately.

In a nut shell, the Orange Box IS the black box with a free HL2 and Episode one. Its still saving 30% than buying Portal, Episode 2, and TF2 separately.
