Red Octane announced that the Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock bundle for the Xbox 360 will indeed include a wireless guitar controller. There had been rumors that it would be a wired controller like its rival Rock Band, or be more expensive due to Microsoft’s wireless license. Red Octane have stated that all platforms will have a wireless guitar bundle and the prices for the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions will cost $99.99 while the PS2 and Wii versions will cost $89.99.For those of you out there wishing to try and offset the cost by buying the game and a wired controller separate, just remember that the game will retail for around $50.00 and the wired guitar for $60.00, so it would be silly to buy them separate instead of bundled; unless of course you want a wireless controller to get tangled or pull your drink off the coffee table while you are rocking out.
