GTA IV Will Take Around 100 Hours to Complete

According to Rockstar, Grand Theft Auto IV will take about 100 hours to complete if you don’t just rush through it. The mission system revolves around protagonist, Niko’s, phone, which gives him both main missions and side quests. If you answer your phone each time, you could be in for a much longer experience.
If you’re not in a rush and you answer the phone when it rings it’ll take about 100 hours to complete. It’s harder to distinguish between main and side missions – there are loads of both. But there are more main missions than side missions. It’s not as clear cut as it used to be because of the phone.
It’s nice to hear that players will certainly be getting their $60 worth and then some.

GTA is so gay, bring it back to the top view and 2d sprites. HELL YEAH.
@Weclock: I have to disagree with you. GTA III was a HUGE leap for the series. But, I did enjoy the top view a little. It just sucked trying to drive cause you’d always crash into a cop car.
Wasn’t it rumored that Rockstar was going to release the old GTAs on the Xbox Live Arcade & Playstation Network? That might be pretty cool, especially if it had multiplayer.
Weclock: I can understand why you think the old GTAs were better.
(I loved the fast paced gameply)but the new GTAs are great!
Please just try to love them…try
I’ve loved the GTA series since the first game, but I’m definitely a fan of the evolution they took. I wouldn’t mind seeing Rockstar doing portable GTA games that used the old bird’s eye view, but for the main entries in the series, I wouldn’t have it any other way.
I thought in GTA 3 you could get a top view? if my ps2 was plugged in i would find out.
This GTA is going to kick some serious gaming a$$! 100 hours of action!
III and Vice City were ok, but I want to hearken back to the old days. San Andreas just felt.. ugh..
yeah, in GTA III you can get a top view, but it’s horrible.. it’s not the old “helicopter” style.
Lay off the crack pipe. Its exactly the same.
i liked the way that SA incorporated RPG and humor… hope that GTA4 will do this too…
