Gran Turismo 5 Prologue Drifting Is Off The Chain

PS3 Racing fans can rejoice that GT5 Prologue will be hitting shelves on April 17, 2008. The above video shows off some sweet drifting action that we can all look forward to next month. For those of you who are at work or school, you may want to drop your speaker volume down a bit. The song playing in the background drops the “F bomb” a couple times, but other than that, it’s a safe video to view while working.
Hope are extremely high for GT5 Prologue, so hopefully the game pays off for the PS3.

I think its being released at the end of this month over here which by an amazing coincidence is when I get a PS3
damn. i want this game.
I think we all want this game lol
Glad I’ve had it preordered for a few months
IS this gonna be for 360?
“IS this gonna be for 360?”
Of course not. The only games they make for 360 is crappy FPS’s. If you want true exclusives you need to buy a better system (PS3). Why would anyone buy 360? You can play the same games on a PC…
Hey John Galt, open op your goddamn mind. The only games they make are crappy FPSs? What about Forza 2 and PGR4? And the FPSs that it has certainly don’t suck. Halo 3, Call of Duty 4, Gears of War, Rainbow 6 Vegas… if you think those suck, well, you suck. Every platform has its upsides and bad sides, but if you hate on one, you’re missing out on a lot.
this is less drifting and more “hey im bored and have already lapped the terrible AI twice so lets see how bad i can drive and still win” i know because i used to do this in gt4 in some of the longer endurance races. speaking of which is gt5 gonna have a b-spec mode?
@John: Do you even have a 360? There’s at least several games for every kind of gamer on the console. I have to side with Ugotownedo when he says “Every platform has its upsides and bad sides”…. There’s a lot of truth to that statement. I can rattle off positive reasons for purchasing any of the 3 major consoles out right now. I can also rattle off negative reasons to be against them.
Each system is different and they certainly all have specific features that appeal to several groups of gamers.
@ 360 owners:
No offense, I know you all love your games, and I’m not here to take anything away from that. But seriously, use your brains, since when is a 1st party developer (Polyphony Digital) for Sony going to put out anything for MS? To put it into perspective, it would be tantamount to Bungee releasing Halo on the PS3. Just won’t happen.
