Geometry Wars: Galaxies DS Doesn’t Look Half Bad

Of course, that title isn’t talking about the game’s graphics. They don’t look nearly as good as the Xbox iterations, but that’s not what Geometry Wars has ever been about. On this level, which is clearly not the rectangle we’ve grown accustomed to, we get a look at some new enemies, what appear to be power-ups (or at least something to pick up, making the screen that much more polluted with things to look at), and a mini-me style drone that seems to help you shoot down those terribly deadly squares and other geometric shapes.

While the controls might not be quite as comfortable as a dual stick setup, it looks like it sure beats playing on Wii.
