GC: Microsoft Prices Halo 3 Xbox 360 for Europe (Halo 3 Not Included)

Microsoft has revealed the price for the special edition Halo 3 Xbox 360 for Europe. The console will retail for £279.99 ($562) September 26. It comes with the 20GB hard drive and will not include Halo 3. For £20 more you can get an Elite with a 120GB HDD and no Halo 3 game. The US package is less expensive, only $399, but still doesn’t come with Halo 3.

What a rip off. It dont come with the Halo 3 game? wow so basicly you are paying for a stupid looking paint job. Its not even good looking. This would look ugly in my entertainnt center. Please dont anyone waste your money on this ugly monster. If u have the cash put it toward the elite, or just get the premium one.
I rember the NO reaction and dead silence to the anouncment of this at E3. how can they call this a Halo 3 edition with out the game? i could see it probaly worth it bundled with the game. What a rip off moneysoft. i hope this sits on shelfs. its Damn ugly. look at it!. No one can argue that.
My xbox 360 is great and i play it daily, but this is not worth the extra $$.
I remember the dead silence as well. I guess Microsoft learned that Halo fans aren’t so crazy to buy ugly versions of the console they probably already own just because it’s a “Halo Edition”.
its soooo sad that microsoft is yet again putting all its hopes into halo to help shift xbox’s. Halo isnt even that great i can think of better games. honestly does every1 that bums halo not already have a 360?
what the hell is wrong with europe. Why do you have to ruin everything for me? damnit. You know the best thing about this box, HDMI. thats worth it to me plus its in spartan green and orange that just makes it better. I don’t know why you cant just be happy with things for awhile. i mean DAMN
