I just played it to the end and have to say it’s the cheapest nastiest licence I’ve played in years. There are about 7 people on the dev team and they can’t have had more than a couple of months to knock this out.
With such a well of reference material and the power of the 360 it’s a bloody crime! Gameplay is locked on a flat plane so it feels like you’re driving a crap car. No voices or even references to show’s characters, repetitive and dull gameplay that feels more like a fan ‘tribute’ than a real game. The mod’s for Homeworld are way better.
I’d give it 2/10. I only hope there’s a ‘proper’ game in development with a decent budget and design. Shame on you Universal for being so cheap and dirtying the waters of such a strong licence.

Really? I didn’t think much of Razor at all but then I cant stand the character of Cain. Do you really think it was better than the whole of season 3? Exodus pt 1 & 2 were far better than Razor imo. Season 3 wasn’t as good as the first 2 but there isn’t a single episode thats ‘awful’ imo.

Which is why I really have a hard time recommending BSG to others simply because it has equally awful episodes to its awesome ones.

It’s like the writers fall asleep when writing and then someone slams a book down on the table to wake them up every once in a while.
