Yeah. I've goten in touch with some people who beta'd the game, and after hearing nothing but god reviews, I decided to purchase my limited edition copy on Amazon.com.

This will be the first MMO I've played in a while, not since the Matrix Onine. I must say that I'm looking forward to it.

I couldn't tell whether there were hitboxes in the time I played it, but the controls are definitely more like a third-person shooter. You can seriously move about and dodge enemy shots, while trying to get a better angle. If it weren't for the experience points, stats, quests, and all that, I wouldn't have even known it was an MMORPG.

"in Tabula Rasa, we actually built the UI so you’re looking through your weapon reticle, and you’re moving the camera with your mouse; so your head is up and looking at the game. You’re left mouse fires your weapon, your right mouse fires your abilities; so you’re not even looking at the icons on the screen, you’re looking at the action, and its a much faster pace"

Wha? Okay. End of story right there, I'm buying this puppy once it comes out. I hate MMOs for theexact reason Tabula Rasa aims not to be--the whole, point, click and mash up the F1-12 keys. The shooter idea seems like it could really be interesting and very immersing--now, the question is, will there be hitboxes for enemies? I want to pop some headshots in... =)
