Tomorrow’s Thursday GameTap update will add three new games to the growing catalog, including a new GameTap Indie, as well as adding 1942 to the free play service. The new games are D.N.A., Drop Team, and Gumboy Crazy Adventures.
Gumboy is the indie title and is a fairly obscure puzzle game (or at least that’s what GameTap would classify it as). The game’s description on GameTap reads:
Surreal and bizarre, what Gumboy lacks in plot it makes up for in innovative style. You are a ball out to collect shiny objects on your way through each fantastic, beautifully-detailed level. To do it you’ll morph your shape into a cube or a star, or fill your body with air to ascend to the skies or with water to plumb the depths.
Sounds pretty cool; I’ll definitely be checking that out when it’s added tomorrow.

Didn’t really like gumboy. It seemed to me it tried too hard to be unique and forgot to mix in the fun.
