GameTap Thursday: DarkStar One; Super Street Fighter II

GameTap Thursday is here, and like every other Thursday, GameTap is offering up two new subscription games.

• Darkstar One- Kayron Jarvis’s father has died suspiciously, leaving the young pilot a gift: the Darkstar One, a living starship with unbelievable powers and many secrets. To discover the truth behind his father’s fate, Kayron and the Darkstar One must travel across the galaxy on a quest that will encompass trade, exploration, piracy and combat, to uncover secrets many will die, or kill, to protect.

• Great Journey: Mr. Penguin’s Letter - Someone is dumping garbage all over Antarctica, and it’s up to you to stop them! Sail around the world in your search for Professor Glass, the only man who can help you in your quest, then head to Antarctica to stop the no-good polluter in his tracks! With simple controls and colorful graphics, Great Journey is an adventure game suitable for young players.

• Super Street Fighter II: The New Challengers – After the success of Street Fighter II, the world was eager for a third game… instead, Capcom gave them Super Street Fighter II, an upgrade that introduced new characters and gave many returning fighters new abilities.
