assassins creed 27 GameFly: Top Five Rentals Hold the Line

GameFly’s Top Five rental across platforms are firmly entrenched. Assassin’s Creed spends its fourth week at number one, Mass Effect spends its third week at number two, and Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune spends its third week in the fifth spot where it debuted. Kane and Lynch: Dead Men and Call of Duty 4 continue to circle each other, exchanging places once again this week with CoD4 coming in third once again.

The deadlock may very well be an indicator that these “try-it” titles are not necessarily converting to “buy-it” games. Check out Gamasutra for platform specific title rankings.

Okay. That seems pretty lame. Two games should have a victor between them. Still, I guess once they’ve all been to everyone who wants them, it should quiet down.
