Found on eBay: Brand New Wii with Delivery by Santa

Ah, it’s just not Christmas until the strange auctions start showing up on eBay. This year, the hot item seems to be the ever-elusive Wii, so of course there’s plenty of over-priced systems out there. You’d think that sort of thing would sell itself, but it seems one person decided to spice up the deal by offering to fly to your town and deliver it dressed as Santa. He’ll even stick around for an hour to help set up the system and play it with your kids for a little while. Here’s the kicker though: the starting bid is $100,000; and, no, that’s not a typo. Apparently the seller is a college student hoping to pay off his tuition with this sale. You don’t have to pay it all at once, but paying 400 times the retail price for a game console seems like too much generosity, even around Christmas time. It didn’t even cost that much to get Rock Band delivered by a model dressed in a sexier outfit.
Thanks to Thomas for the heads up!
