First LEGO Universe Trailer

A couple of weeks ago, I told you that the LEGO MMO was coming. Now, Kotaku has the first exclusive trailer from the upcoming title.
The trailer gives you a peek at creating a character (was that a Rockets jersey?), building objects (a classic LEGO sports car), the city (a whole lot going on there), and a ‘darkling battle’ that doesn’t turn out so well. If the folks at NetDevil can incorporate the nearly limitless customization that LEGO fans will be looking for, this one just might be the best niche MMO in a long time.
Not only that, but I would speculate that the player population of a LEGO MMO might be a tad younger than that of a traditional MMO.
