Finally, Stranglehold Demo on PlayStation 3

It seems like the demo for Stranglehold on PlayStation 3 has been pushed back as much as the game itself. But worry not, PS3 owners, as you can now head onto the PlayStation Store and grab a demo of the John Woo action game.
Oddly, the game is already out on Xbox 360, but the PlayStation 3 version doesn’t hit until September 25. Is this a bit of a timed exclusive (albeit an incredibly short one) or were there a few small development hitches? Neither makes complete sense, as the PC version isn’t going out until September 18. And why did the demo take so long to get to PlayStation 3 owners?
