Have you fragged your FileFront staff this week? If not, tonight’s your chance!
We’ve opened up our FileFront gaming server for this weekend. We’ll be getting together at 9:00 PM EST for a few rounds of Battlefield 2 Conquest Enemy Territory: Quake Wars. Come on out, hop on the server, and take a few potshots at our staff. You’ll see folks from Gaming Today, FileFront site and forums, and the FileFront Network sites.
I hope to see you all there!
You can find our Battlefield 2 ET: Quake Wars server at 38.118.213.150. You can also find it in your server list named “FileFront.com’s ETQW Server.”
UPDATE: Yes, I see that we put up an out-of date server version – it will be corrected before the event starts. I still hope to see you all there!
UPDATE 2: Our tech staff has run into some problems with the latest version of the Linux server. As such, they have changed our game of the week to Enemy Territory: Quake Wars. We’ll face off in Battlefield 2 next week for your fragging pleasure.

Too bad Battlefield 2 doesn’t run on my PC. Developed allergies to it after a settings change, and hasn’t recovered after re-install.
Are they ranked servers?
Oh. I think thats just before the Hatton v Mayweather Fight starts so I may or may not be there.
If I am I look forward to killing you soon
OK well I found your server but you dont have the latest patch installed so anyone who is up to date (like me) wont be able to play on it.
So, yeah. We went too far back in time, and popped on the wrong linux server version. It’ll be fixed before we start.
@Ron
You know my love for you, could break my heart in two. If you should fall into my arms, tremble like a flower.
coolies, is it just gonna be infantry only or everything aka vehicles and such??
Ok, I have some bad news. Our tech division has just informed me that they are having some technical problems with the latest Linux version.
They’ve put up an Enemy Territory: Quake Wars server instead. We’ll have BF2 next week.
@weclock – that’s very strange. Very, very strange.
I think hes inviting you to dance (as in fight)
At least I will now be able to give my undivided attention to Ricky Hatton smashing Floyd Mayweather into a bloody pulp
quake wars? yuck….. oh well next week
Team Fortress 2… Team Fortress 2…
I’m aware that a linux server for TF2 hasn’t been released. I just like instigating
Call of Duty 4… Call of Duty 4…
or TF2, like Daniel said, would be cool too, if the linux server ever comes out
Damn, i don’t have ET:QW. We need to play some CoD:4
The FileFront Clan has a server up and running for it now. One in New York and one in London for all you across the pond.
