Star Wars Galaxies has a guide to make decorating your MMO housing easier, for those of you that still have a house after the great purge of properties earlier this year. SWG has implemented new rotation commands in the chapter eight expansion that promise to make home decorating even easier.
Personally, I’ve never seen having a home in an MMO as anything more than a place to put my stuff. I do enjoy aquisition, but I’d just as soon take it to the bank than spend time finding just the right spot for my latest hunting trophy. I already have one house I can’t decorate properly or keep clean… do I really need that stress in my virtual world?
The myriad of furnishings, trophies and in-game artwork is one of the most enjoyable part of SWG. Decorating a virtual house is a lot of fun. SWg players have shown amazing creativity in creating themed rooms and items using different pieces of furniture, often combining in previously unseen combinations. it is one of the reasons that most poular new “collection” rewards are those that allow a person to increase the number of items that can be stored in a structure.
