Far Cry 2 ‘Story Teaser’ is One Fine Looking Video

Far Cry 2, the upcoming first person shooter sequel to Far Cry features a custom-made video game engine built from the ground up which will immerse players in open world gameplay set in war-torn Africa. Caught between two rival factions, you are sent to take out “The Jackal”, a mysterious character who has rekindled the conflict between the warlords, jeopardizing thousands of lives. In order to fulfill your mission you will have to play the factions against each other, identify and exploit their weaknesses, and neutralize their numbers and firepower with surprise, subversion, cunning and, of course, brute force.
Far Cry 2 is coming to the PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 sometime this year and since today is the illustrious Ubidays event, I am sure they will give us a definite release date – hopefully anyway.
Holy sh!t… the trailer has a cool and dramatic look. The last line makes me think that in the last mission we will die dramatically
