Perpetual Entertainment’s former PR firm, Kohnke Communications, has apparently dropped the lawsuit against their former client. You may recall the two companies went to court due to Kohnke’s allegations that Perpetual had them create promotional materials for their MMO Gods and Heroes: Rome Rising even after they knew it would be eventually canceled. Since the case began, Perpetual has also changed it’s name to P2 Entertainment and dropped out of developing Star Trek Online to focus on the casual games market. Unfortunately, neither company can talk about what sort of agreement was reached, so we may never know what brought this case to a close. Still, it’s nice to see at least one of these ongoing lawsuits worked out.
