That's right, PC gamers. Epic made their fortune here, and that's why the PC version is hitting first. As to why the PS3 version is alongside it, You can blame Sony. Their open attitude towards user-created content is the sole reason that the PS3 version is coming out first. If Microsoft wasn't so hardcore about allowing user content on Live, 360 gamers would be getting UT3 at the same time. Either way, this game will sell well on 360, regardless of when it comes out, because everyone knows Epic makes great games.
