looneytunesconductor1 1 Eidos Announces Looney Tunes: Cartoon Conductor for the DSThe Looney Tunes license that refuses to die has mostly stuck with the terrible “cartoony platformer” genre over the year. But that’s all about to change with the upcoming release of Looney Tunes: Cartoon Conductor. This new DS game from Eidos will mine the “rhythm action” genre, allowing you to essentially conduct the music for grainy, 3D re-enactments of classic cartoons. And by the looks of some screenshots, that means the game will essentially be Elite Beat Agents with a Looney Tunes skin. I guess it’s at least a moderately good thing that Bugs Bunny and Co. are branching out into different genres. Check back later when there’s news of a Looney Tunes-themed World War II shooter.Via Press Release
