EA Surprises Sims 2 Fans with Apartment Life & Pets

EA Games has come up with yet another way to milk The Sims 2 franchise for all its worth before moving on to The Sims 3. Sims 2 fans will thrilled to know there are two new titles on the way; The Sims 2: Apartment Life expansion for he PC game and The Sims 2: Apartment Pets exclusively for the DS.

I’ve got to hand it to them, I did a double take when I saw the Star Trek Next Generation uniforms. For all the gory details, check out the press release after the break.

The Sims 2: Apartment Life expansion and The Sims 2: Apartment Pets are due out August 26.
