EA Delays Mercenaries 2

The much anticipated Mercenaries 2 has been officially delayed by Electronic Arts. No specific reasons were given, but the title will not make this holiday season. The title many of us were waiting for from Pandemic will now be released some time in 2008. No specific release date has been given.
We’ll all have to wait until next year to get our chance to play Mercenaries 2: World In Flames. This is one of numerous titles we were initially expecting as a holiday release that have now been bumped back to 2008. Fortunately, we are still looking at one of the better holiday release seasons in years.

With as little has been shown of this game, its not surprising that it has been pushed back. Not to mention the competition for the games target demographic this holiday is insane.
dont you just love it when you spend ages waiting for a good game, only for them just to delay it!
