i think ea was just running scared..when i was looking for games to play and saw the price on nfl 2k i had to get it..plus it had espn so i had to check it out..i grabed that game instead of madden..and u know what…2k was well worth the price of maddens game..but it was cheaper..and it was better and plus it looked beautiful..im not gonna fualt 2k for not making all pro football that good of a game becuase what did they have to work with..no nfl players..nuttin..same old commontators..how could u not give the nfl licenses to 2k when they used your broadcast name(ESPN)..man ea doesnt even use espn at all

And yet people on forums and comment sections everywhere are blasting these two gamers, who only have everyone’s best interests in mind. Basically, the snide pricks saying “THIS LAWSUIT HAS NO BASIS” or “THEY”RE IDIOTS” are supporting EA’s practices, which is fucked up. EA has a monolopy on football games and they’re allowed to charge ridiculous prices ($60 for any fucking game is ridiculous, you assholes) for these games. That’s unfair.
