E3 2008: DC Universe Online - Batman, Superman, Joker and the Entire Crew Go MMORPG

Sony Online Entertainment Austin’s MMO takes place in the DC Comics universe under the creative direction of Jim Lee, the game puts you in a world where you feel like you’ve stepped into the DC Universe and become the ultimate super-hero (or villain) along side of Superman, Batman, or Ambush Bug.
Similar to City of Heroes and Champions Online, DC Universe allows you to create your own superhero and select its superpowers. And while you can’t play as any of the actual DC superheros themselves, they will be featured throughout the game. For example, you will help Superman fight against Lex Luthor.
DC Universe Online is coming to the PC and PS3, and so far, will hit sometime in the Summer of 2009.

This game looks like s&*t.
Can’t wait for this game…. a reason to actually dust off the PS3 for me
