Too Human has been on store shelves for mere hours so far, but Silicon Knights prez, Denis Dyack has already confirmed they’re working on sequels to complete a planned trilogy. In a recent interview, he mentioned two more games were in the works along with some completely new and unannounced projects:
“They’re unannounced. We’re not talking about them right now, but there are other games in the pipe. Also, of course, we’ll be continuing the [Too Human] trilogy with Microsoft. We’re definitely on the road, and things are looking really good: the sequels are underway.”
The only thing that could stop work on these sequels would be very poor sales of the first game, but Dyack’s not worried:
“It’s as guaranteed as anything is these days…If the first game totally fails and no one wants to play it, then what’s the point of making a second or third? But looking at the trends of the demo and how we think we’re going to do, then yeah.”
I guess we’ll just have to wait with bated breath to see how successful this game turns out to be (along with the residents of St. Catherines, Ontario).
