when a game is given 8/10 it is done so by all aspects not just graphics. actual fact that one person that did a review didnt have a good enough computer to have all the graphics turned on. SO i doubt if they gave it a good score on the soul purpose graphics. Its a great game, and if stalker was not for its delay it would be shit.

Yes all companies goal is to make money, but 3d realms care more for people then say other companies do.. i know this for a fact, cause they give what the people want.

and i know duke nukem forever will revolutionize gaming because 3d realms would not release a game unless its going to beat the competition. This was said by George Broussard the guy behind duke nukem. And he does not lie when he has his seroius face on… trust me on that.

Its stupid of you to believe in a stereo type that just because a game is delayed that it will turn out crap.

im not a rabid fan… only just recently have i joined the duke nukem franchise. i was a star wars fan before.

anyways believe me when i say Duke Nukem Forever will rock when it comes out. and i bet you that you will buy a copy, just to see what its going to be like….. i can’t to hear the new sound track

Oh, I’m scared of a handful of polygons. The Duke was cool in the 90’s, but he’s had his time.

S.T.A.L.K.E.R. only succeeded because no one dared accept that the final product was different to the ambition which they’d seen earlier. The only reason beyond that is that ‘it looks nice’. Graphics cannot be the sole driving force of a game, contrary to what people like you assume.

3d Realms is out to earn money like every other game company, otherwise, they wouldn’t make games.

Explain how Duke Nukem: Forever is going to ‘revolutionise’ gaming. I don’t see a list of remarkable features, just a picture of an anthropomorphic alien pig. See? You’re blindly defending it without actually knowing what the end result is going to be like. And you claim you’re not a rabid fan.

Duke Nukem will once again revolutionize gaming and as you said stalker turned out like a game not a broken piece of code and is now on the top 100 games of all time and number 16 on that list, And its reviews are atleast 8/10.. and 3d realms always give wat the people want. They are not selfish or greeedy like other industries . this game will turn out perfect and will make sure that when it comes out it beats every other game on the market ESPECIALLY the over rated “halo 3″

PS im not a rabid fan, im a normal guy and i know and believe in duke, when ghe comes back you will be sorry you ever doubted him.

Yes i have.. stalker is now number 16 on the top 100 games of all time on PC power play and has gotten reviews of at least 8/10……. because of the longer wait it has become a game instead of a broken piece of code. This is the reason why 3Drealms had to scrap Duke Nukem Forever at 2001

PS im not a rabid fan, i’m just a normal guy that appreciates all games, and duke nukem forever will revolutionize gaming once again like it did before with out a fan base (because most have forgotten about duke)

I’m way past caring. What ever Duke Nukem Forever could have brought to the table when it had its chance is worthless / outdated, mostly because it took forever in the first place.
