The latest title in Nintendo’s DS arsenal targeted at older Japanese women is aimed at helping them care for their skin. Konami announced Dream Skincare for the DS today.
According to Dengeki, the game features Chizu Saeki as a virtual skin care advisor and has over an hour of how-to videos on subjects such as applying skin products and using makeup. Players will also be able to track their body temperature and hormonal balance for up to a year to better care for their skin.
Saeki explained at the press conference that due to the compact size of the DS, and the program’s ease of use, Dream Skincare could easily fit into anyone’s routine, even technologically disinclined individuals like herself.
There is no news on whether the title will be released in North America or Europe, but somehow I have my doubts. Dream Skincare is due out October 18.
