Driving Under The Influence Of Awesome: The Real Warthog

I know that most of you secretly dream about driving a real warthog around with your friends one day. The guys over at WETA actually created a real warthog that is fully functional. The details on the full scale replica is definitely something worth sharing with you guys. The vehicle is being used for some shorts coming from director Neill Blomkamp as well as other things. I’m highly curious how well the warthog design actually functions in the real world. I’ll probably never know, but if you guys at Bungie and WETA happen to ever read this, sign me up as a test driver.

That is pretty kick ass, though I’m sure that unlimited-bullet maching gun probably only fires blanks…unfortuneately. Shame if you happen to bump into any Elite’s.

that is the single coolest real life vehicle in the world, it could only be beaten if they made a real life pelican…………hint hint……….
if they ever make another one it needs to be sold on eBay i will surely bid on that.

…I think it’s awesome, but I think the access ways are not as wide as in the game, unless this is a ‘recon model’ or something
. Other than that, I think the gun should be bigger.
And another thing! What about the Rocket Warthog!? You Bungie guys better stop messing around with that half-life 8 game and get to work! :O
i wonder if they made a tube chassi or a humvee chassi cuz they allready have 4 wheel independent steering
I wonder to see the vehicle tyre is very huge and look like rocket guys are all enjoy to play games by this vehicles…
