I was curious to find out what the secret achievement is today ( a bit late I know) and it doesnt make sense. I have completed the game on every difficulty and never died once. Still I did not get the achievement. Are you guys sure that its the achievement, because I know I didnt die once. I migh have died a few times, but I would load every time just because of my own personal issues. Maybe you cant die at all, even if you load previous games… or is that even possible? I have a hangover, so excuse my bad writing

guys its right to get the achievement u must pass the game without dieing but its not call bullet-proof its called brass balls if you want proof look at my gamertag its CRYPTLORD

I just beat the game on hard without using a single vita-chamber and I didn’t unlock the secret achievement. Check out my gamer card, whitelightnin92.

Uh god damn it, I’m still playing through this game and the only time I used a Vita-Chamber is when I was killed by a Big Daddy and thought to myself “Oh well, this isn’t an achievement or anything right? So I’ll just res, no big deal.”
