There is also another thing that probably is going on under the surface in a more speculative sense, and it has to do with a little game called Resident Evil 5. The newest RE is not made by the same people as the last one (as they now work with the folks who are making Bayonetta and Madworld). There is a high likelihood that, in a quality sense, the newest one will come out a dud. With that in mind, EA has next to no power compared to the almighty CAPCOM in Japan, and it's altogether possible that, in their admittedly elitist, corporate, and semi-fascist society (do some research, folks), CAPCOM made a little deal. Who knows? I do know that Japan is a totally different place from anywhere else in the world.
