Electronic Arts today announced a cool contest in celebration of the impeding release of Dead Space. Gamers who sign up for the Dead Space newsletter will have a chance to win one hundred horror and Sci-Fi DVDs hand picked by members of the development team. Meanwhile, Electronic Arts has released the fourth developer diary for Dead Space which describes in detail the creation of the game’s uber-violent feature, “Strategic Dismemberment”.
Dead Space is a third-person sci-fi survival horror game and is scheduled to hit retail shelves on October 21st for the PS3 and Xbox 360.
