Dancing Shapes Invade a Home in Trailer for Geometry Wars: Galaxies

*Sigh* I was hoping to get through the day without seeing a game trailer that made me say “WTF?” out loud. This new trailer for the upcoming Geometry Wars: Galaxies for the Wii features two people playing the game while…er…people dressed as different shapes dance around them. To add to the craziness, the whole video is set to a strange version of They Might Be Giants’ “Particle Man.” So according to this trailer, Geometry Wars: Galaxies will cause people dressed in oddly-shaped costumes to invade your home. I wonder if that affects the ESRB rating.

This commercial is out of control, crazy, long and just plain bizarre.
And people were bitching about the questionable PS3 ads a while back ?
You know, if those people invaded my home, I’d play up until the girl appeared, then I’d grab her and turn the system off.
