ST:O, should it fail, will be due to one of the following; poor design or the player base. I'm leaning much in the favour of it being the latter. Just browsing through the forum and seeing the expectations of things it simply cannot be, the assumptions based on these expectations and then the general attitude of the writing, you'd be hard pressed to get me to play this game over any of the other MMORPGs out there.

One point that does pique my interest is that it claims to be an MMOG, not a RP. This would insinuate a lack of levelling and subsequent grinding, whilst promoting the idea that your actions will play a bigger part into a grand scheme. I'd be lying if I said I had no interest whatsoever and should the game be designed well I think WoW would have a sneaky competitor. It'd have to be truly something though to get me paying a monthly fee.
