They have always said that they will port cryengine2 to the consoles. They have also always said that crysis is not the game that is coming for consoles. It’s something else.

This almost confirms that Crysis is coming to the consoles. Crysis did not sell nearly as well as they had hoped for so I think they may make up for it with a counsel release. Will it look as good probably not but hey i am pretty sure if they tweak the engine enough the ps3 should be able to come pretty close to a high end PC.

Well, they already said there won’t be a console version of Crysis…. though, I could see Far Cry 2 being brought to consoles.
