It looks like Namco Bandai has unveiled a new video showing off the “Critical Finishes” in Soul Calibur IV. These new moves are essentially like the Fatalities in Mortal Kombat, except that they don’t actually kill anyone. As you can imagine, most of them look pretty badass, particularly the ones involving lightsabers. That one with the girl kissing Voldo is kind of weird though, but so is an clip with Voldo really.

YODAS PWNS!
Rock’s is awesome!
Now thats FREAKING AWSOME!! Cant wait to get my ps3 this fall or next spring to get my hands on this game
definitly gonna play as Vaders Apprentance.
At 4:25 did she really finish him by sitting on his face with hearts all around? lol
4:25 should be Voldo’s move.
2:05 = Damn
Lol around 4:23 when she asks “You like this kinda stuff?” it sounds like the guy muffles out “DOOO I!!!!!!!!!!!”
and WOW YODA!
Dear god those look stupid and pointless… what a completely useless addition to Soul Calibur, which will become annoyingly repetetive and as you’ve seen every single one now then they hold even less interest. I doubt I’ll bother playing this one, it went downhill after Soul Calibur 2 with all the tacked on rubbish they put in.
Hmm…between Vader’s and Yoda, I’m going to have to say Yoda’s was better. Vader let the saber do all of the dirty work for him. Yoda though, completely kicked ass.
