Creepiness Abounds in New Screens for Dead Space

It may have a derivative premise (space station crew gets turned into hideous alien monsters), but Dead Space is still shaping up to be one creepy game. There are some new screens up showing a bit more of the environments and the aliens you’ll encounter as an unwitting engineer sent to repair the station. You’ll be up against murderous creatures with spikes and tentacles, with only a weak engineering tool to bash them with at first. This is exactly why you should never go into space without a machine gun or a flamethrower.
