Counter Stike Fan Shot While Trying to Foil a Robbery

Adam Mapleson, a 24-year-old resident of the U.K. and a Counter-Strike enthusiast, was shot while coming to the aide of a female security guard while she was being robbed at a railway station. The U.K. Sun has the full article, and reports that he is stable, but still in serious condition. Jack Thompson needs to read this article, and take it to heart -it proves how much humanity is in the gaming community, and that the majority of us are not bloodthirsty sociopaths.

I’m pretty sure that Jack Thompson will turn it around and say that despite his “noble” intentions he shouldn’t have tried to stop them, risking not only his life but the lives of people around him, and that video games may have lead him to believe he either wouldn’t have been seriously injured if shot or some such garbage.
Regardless of reasons why (and possibly his mental stability) that was a terrifcly noble thing to do, something I’m sure many of us envy the will of. I do hope he makes a full recovery.
I don’t see how this has anything to do with him playing games in his spare time
Well maybe he used his cs skills on not being afriad or something.
Either way he did the right thing and I hope me makes it into full recovery
don’t you see! because he plays counterstrike, he thought he could … wait what?
he must be saying at him ¨noob he dint headshoted me, bad aim ¨ LOL
