It is absolutely pathetic that the CLC sold out to EA. Frankly I will not be buying EA game as it does not compare to 2k8. I am also emailing the CLC and let them know what I think of there decision. I suggest everyone else do the same. With public outcry and less revenue in, they will give 2k8 a license.

yep EA strikes again. Cold-hearted, money hungry, greedy, sneaky, dirty, disloyal EA Sports. I’m not buy another game from them. Don’t be fooled this year madden looks nice in the trailers but I’m willing to bet you get the exact playing experience you got in madden99. 2K will bounce back and when they do its going to be a wrap for EA. All I have to say is “2K PLEASE DON’T LET THEM TAKE NBA!!!!! PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!

I’m am tired of EA’s monopoly over sports games. 1st, the exclusive license agreements with the NFL and NCAA Football was crazy. 2K had a way better NFL game. EA had the longevity and funds to kill the competition. I thought there were some kind of laws against that. Now, NCAA Basketball, come on now! 2K puts out a way better game in both basketball games. I like EA. I grew up on EA. But if there going to get exclusive licenses, they need to start puting more work into their games. How many more years do we have to sit around and watch any team pick your 99 rated defenses apart. How many features are we going to get promised that dont work. Thank you EA for hindering the videogame community. You guy’s Rock!

Its truly sad to know i’ll be forced to play march madness again, i’m 33 yrs of age and have been playing basketball video games since Double Dribble! I remember when EA first came along with Lakers vs Celtics, my buddies and I went crazy over it but when the first college basketball was released (coach K) thats when I fell in love! Yes I became a March Madness man from that point until i was introduced to ESPN College Hoops2K3, I seen the potenial in College Hoops and where they were putting emphasis on realism, thats where march madness was slacking! Although ESPN parted from the 2K series, College Hoops became the #1 college basketball game between the two, dont get me wrong College Hoops had their flaws and still do but the realism between the two were’nt equal. But it all comes down to business and if you cant be profitable the way you expect then why do it? I respect business and a company has to look out for its best interest……… I know for a fact because I was working for Chrysler since “95″ i’ve been laid off since Feb 18th of this year but LIFE GOES ON. Im such a huge fan of College Basketball hopefully i can work with a developer, I know the game!! Contact me @ starrman428@yahoo.com

Not that any of these sports games are good anymore.. gonna be horrible for sports gamers if they only have one choice.. poorly made EA games…
