CMP Cancels PC Game On Event

CMP Technology has had to cancel the PC Game On event, the only consumer-facing PC games event of its kind, due to “time and planning constraints”.
PC Game On was to run after the Austin Game Developers Conference on September 8 and 9. CMP is running the Austin GDC for the first time this year. The event was formerly run by the Game Initiative which CMP purchased last year. It sounds like CMP still has some kinks to work out.
