City of Heroes “XP Curve Smoothing” Q&A

City of Heroes developers answer questions on the new XP curve smoothing. The change is meant to even out progress on those levels that seem to drag on for characters. Players can look forward to leveling faster in the same amount of time they’re used to playing.  The update is set to take effect before Valentines Day.
