City of Heroes Remakes History in Issue 11

PlayNC has all the details on City of Heroes Issue 11: A Stitch in Time, the latest upcoming free expansion for the City of Heroes/Villains MMO.
Heroes and Villains will be enlisted by the mysterious Ouroboros organization, a group of beings from the ends of time, to rewrite the past. Players will now be able to travel through time using the Ouroboros System, which opens the gates to both new and existing content for players.
The write up also includes specifics on the new weapon customization system, two new power sets Dual Blades and Willpower, and new inventions available.
