This year’s Child’s Play charity drive is underway with a number of contests and events designed to get gamers to give generously. The charity founded by Penny Arcade in 2003 has scheduled an event in Chicago that should be one heck of a bash.

Chicago for Child’s Play will feature good times for a good cause with plenty of beer, games and contests. All proceeds go to Children’s Hospitals around the world. Due to the bubbly beverages, the event is for gamers over 21 only.

Chicago area gamers can get their Chicago for Child’s Play event tickets from the Eventbrite website. More details on the event follow the break.
